Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will be happy with your Sutsu garments but we understand that sometimes we don't hit the mark for whatever reason. If you would like to organise a return or exchange please email us on: hello@sutsu.com with your order number and how you would like to proceed. We will then provide you with the returns / exchange address.
PLEASE NOTE that we cannot offer free exchanges / returns shipping labels as we are an independent brand and simply don't have the available margin to offer this. That being said, if you choose an exchange, we will ship your Exchange back out to you free of charge. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please also note that original shipping costs are not refunded.
NOTE: We will not accept any items that have been worn, marked or washed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at hello@sutsu.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take 7-10 working days for the refund to be actioned as we need to check the product and make sure it is not worn or washed. Please also note it can take up to 5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
