All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with us! Simply follow the instructions to create an account with [name] and you’ll automatically be enrolled so you can start earning points immediately.
There are three tiers – Community, Friends and Family
Your tier status is based on your total points earnt. The more you interact with the brand the points are accumulated, the higher your tier and more reward option are available to you.

Yes, your tier status will not change after you earned it! Even if your points expire, you will not lose the tier status at any point. The points will remain yours no matter if you choose to us them in one months time or in 10 years time.
All your interactions with Sutsu are rewarded with points. These can include points by completing your profile, earning you 20 points, leave a review 20 points, make a 2nd purchase earns you 40 points, follow us on social media (Instagram/Facebook) earns you 10 points.

Yes of your purchases made on sutsu.com count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account. Some exclusions may apply and you are unable to use all your point on one order.
There are three levels in the collective – Supporter, Advocate and True Believer. Each one has specific purchasing tasks to complete that can boost your points which can help move you up a tier and or access exclusive rewards and gifts.
At Sutsu we believe in supporting charities who help protect, educate, maintain and rebuild our world both on land and sea. Donate to one or all of the charities displayed using your points and we will donate money to said charity on your behalf.
Voting is another cool way for you to earn points for free. We will occasionally we will ask our loyal customers on what we should do next by a way of vote. This could be helping Sutsu decide which product we should launch, new designs /colours or community/charity supporting projects.
The voting system is available periodically throughout the year so keep logging into your account for the opportunity to earn more points and help us build the Sutsu brand you want.
